A brief newsletter to keep you informed about life at Guerrevieille.

Please note the dates of our traditional summer gatherings, including the Annual General Meeting and the owners' aperitifs.

The regulations imposed by the Sainte-Maxime Urban Planning Department are becoming stricter at the Local Urban Development Plan (PLU) level. The Forest Fire Risk Prevention Plan project also presents new constraints. Your office, which has adapted its internal organization and its DAT (Declaration of Work) processing procedures, is actively engaged with the authorities in the ongoing consultations to reiterate our specific requirements.

Our staff is also working diligently to finalize the maintenance of the estate, including tree trimming and pruning, as well as painting and renovations of several communal buildings.

We also conducted a preventative firefighting exercise with them to test our internal response capabilities in the event of a fire. The first few minutes are crucial while awaiting the arrival of official emergency services. Finally, the Club House team has honed its skills thanks to the weekends in May and is now ready to ramp up operations. Sullivan at reception and Flo in the kitchen are ready.
