Article 1 (conditions of use of tennis courts) Use of the courts is reserved for owners up to date with all contributions and various charges (c£ article 6.5 of the ASL statutes) and their tenants.
Inviting passing friends can only be very exceptional. In July and August, it will be recommended to play doubles to allow as many people as possible to play. Tournaments exclusively reserved for residents (owners or tenants) can be organized on two courts. No person from outside the HILLS will be able to participate.
The tournament schedule will be approved by the President of the ASL des Collines de Guerre Vieille
b) Reservations are made using a personalized key allowing the use of the reservation badge; this key is available from the manager, at the price of 16 Euro.
Article 2 I Provision of the key:
The Manager cannot issue the key to the metal badge engraved with the number of a Mas only to its Owner (or to its tenant, if duly authorized). The Owner (or his tenant) can only use the badge bearing the number of the Mas he occupies, to the exclusion of any other, even if it is lent or rented.
ANY LOST KEY WILL BE REPLACED AGAINST PAYMENT OF THE SUM OF 16.00 Euro.

Article 3 I Use of the badge:
Each player places their badge on the chosen day and time on one of the three reservation boards (courts 1, 2 or 3) and locks it with their key. There can only be one badge per box.
Any delay of more than 15 minutes will result in cancellation of the reservation.
ANY BADGE LOST OR MADE UNUSABLE WILL BE REPLACED AGAINST PAYMENT OF €77.00

Any non-approved badge or equipped with a non-approved lock is automatically removed from the reservation tableArticle 4 I Use of the courts:
• Proper attire is required on the tennis courts, as well as the wearing of tennis shoes. Street shoes and heels are strictly prohibited, even for spectators inside the court.
• Pets are not allowed on the tennis courts.
• Glass bottles are prohibited on the courts, for safety reasons
• The courts are exclusively reserved for tennis: ball games, roller skates,
skateboarding, etc.... are prohibited
